To Premiere Properties Staff,
Our stay in Taos with Premiere Properties was Fabulous! We are a family of fourteen that gathers once a year to live together for a week. We have had our Gatherings for over twenty-five years, so have some experience in vacation accomodations. Without a doubt, our stay in Taos was the best we have ever had. The Premiere Staff and the Premiere methods of dealing with renters were exellent. I recommend Premiere and their properties highly. |

it's great that you guys are always looking for better ways to run the business - revising the website and hiring Gary are just two ways we know of that show your ongoing creative process in making Premiere stay the best. i'm sure there are countless other ways as well.

Judith, I need to let you know that Casa Vista Grande was everything I hoped for and more. My sister and I had the most wonderful "sister weekend". The house is absolutely breathtaking and the views and details are beyond what I expected. Everything we could have needed was there. The house was spotless and you can tell has been looked after protectively by you and your staff. I have told many people about your services and the beautiful accomodations. I am planning on making this a regular visit to keep myself rejouvenated and I will certainly use you to book Casa Vista Grande again and again and again. Please let the owners know how much I appreciated them allowing perfect strangers to feel totally at home in their wonderful casa! You and your company are the best!!!!!

Dear Paulette and Heather,
Ron and I closed out our books on Hannah's Hacienda for this year and must take a moment to thank you again for a successful year. We have worked together for 10 years now and for 2 houses, and we must again commend you and your team.
In terms of rentals, this was our best year yet. Of course, we follow each of your directions to the tee....and it has certainly worked out. We had more rentals and thoughtful guests who took good care of our house. Last year, you expanded your service to include more oversight of the caretakers. I know you did it reluctantly - but it added icing to the cake. The standards developed have made it easier for us as owners and for our guests as well.
We came this week - after a busy fall and holiday season - and our house was perfect.

| The river cabin was a home away from home. It was a very cozy place just a short drive from town and the Toas ski valley. I really enjoyed the stream behind the house. | Beautiful Casita. We cooked, used the hot tub, didn't use the Kiva, but really took advantage of all the amenities. The only improvement (and this is so tiny) is more counterspace or small tables. But really, that is insignificant to how happy we were with the unit. |

From the time we began working with the agent to put together our stay, we had a great experience. All that we were in contact with were very helpful and professional. The home was well prepared, clean, and ready for our visit. Great location to the ski mountain, great views of the valley with cattle and coyotes and the mountains for the background.
